Domestic Returns (UK)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original condition unless faulty or damaged
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty

International Returns

  • International returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Please note that international shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
